Given that, provided that, on condition that文法上的邏輯都是用於條件子句，但其實三者還是有差異的。provided that, on condition that...(除非...不然...；只有...才能夠...)二者是限定條件，在條件之內某事才可以怎麼樣。
eg: You man not go out tonight on condition that you're back by nine.
套個中國惡霸政權最愛的用詞：
We could talk about anything you like on condition that you Taiwan agree with One China policy.
Given that 則是「在這種情況/條件下，還能夠...」、「區區...還能夠；只有...卻還能...」
eg: Given that there are over 20 students in the class, and only one teacher, I think they have done a marvelous job!
Given that we had so many places to stop on the way, we made pretty good time on our trip!
